About Us
Forged in the Physical Market. Proven Across the Globe.
Our foundation in the global sulphur trade dates back to 2012. From the beginning, our focus has been moving Canadian-origin sulphur to the industrial and agricultural centers that drive the global economy. Our journey began by supplying the specialized needs of the mining sector. We structured complex, multi-modal supply chains to deliver essential sulphur to major copper and cobalt operations, including Ruashi Mining and Chemaf in the Democratic Republic of Congo. As our logistics network expanded, so did our industry reach. We evolved to serve the massive demands of the phosphate fertilizer industry, securing contracts and delivering bulk volumes to global players like Polyserve in Egypt and Itafos in Brazil. At SulphurFlow, we do not operate as simple brokers; we are a physical trading group. Moving sulphur internationally requires an exacting discipline in logistics. Over the last decade, we have successfully managed the entire chain of custody from the Canadian source to the end-user's facility. Whether chartering bulk vessels, managing containerized ocean freight, or coordinating final-mile trucking into remote regions, we have executed every stage of the physical movement.
The Sulphur Intersection
For SulphurFlow, sulphur is a window into the way commodity markets connect. One cargo touches oil and gas, agriculture, metals, shipping, storage, and industrial processing. Our history in this trade has trained us to see the market horizontally. The same logistics discipline required to move mining consumables is needed to move bulk agricultural inputs. The same financing, quality control, and delivery discipline required by a refinery is required by a mine, a smelter, or a fertilizer plant. By understanding the full chain from source to end-use, we mitigate risk for our buyers and ensure reliable, on-spec delivery, anywhere in the world.
